PageDock is a self-service printing network operated by Codelyne Technologies, Pune, Maharashtra (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy explains what we collect when you use a PageDock kiosk, our website, or a partner form, and how we handle that information.

Information we collect

We collect only what is needed to complete a print job or a partner enquiry:

  • Basic details submitted through our partner form, such as name, email address, and phone number.
  • Files you upload for printing, along with print choices such as copies, colour, and paper size.
  • Payment references required to confirm that a job was paid for. Card or UPI credentials are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by us.
  • Limited technical data such as device type and approximate location of the kiosk you use, so we can route the job to the correct printer.

How we use your information

We use this information to:

  • Receive, route, and print the documents you submit.
  • Send a one-time code or job status so you can collect your printout.
  • Respond to partner enquiries and support requests.
  • Issue refunds when a paid job cannot be completed.
  • Keep the kiosk network secure and investigate misuse.

Uploaded files

Files you upload for printing are transmitted over encrypted connections and processed only to produce your printout. They are stored securely for the duration of the job and are automatically deleted after printing. We do not use uploaded documents for advertising, model training, or any purpose other than fulfilling the print request.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data to third parties. We share information only with service providers who help us operate PageDock — for example, cloud hosting and the payment gateway — and only to the extent required to complete the service. We may also disclose information if required by applicable law.

Retention and your choices

Partner-form details are kept for as long as needed to respond to the enquiry and maintain our business records. Print files are deleted automatically after the job is printed. You may ask us to correct or delete contact details we hold about you by writing to the address below.
